1. Services and website use

We provide advisory, training, and tools that help teams apply practical economics. Content on this site is for general information. Nothing on the site or in our materials is financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for decisions that follow from using our content or services.

2. Proposals, fees, and payment

Engagements are scoped in a written proposal that sets deliverables, timelines, and fees. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur reasonable interest consistent with UK law. Prices exclude applicable taxes which are charged where required.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely information, access to relevant data, and decision makers for reviews. You confirm that materials you supply do not infringe third party rights and that you have authority to share them with us. Delays caused by missing inputs may extend timelines.

4. Confidentiality and intellectual property

Each party keeps the other’s confidential information secret and uses it only for the engagement. You own your data and internal materials. We own our methods, templates, and pre-existing IP. Unless stated otherwise in the proposal, we license deliverables to you for internal business use.

5. Data protection and privacy

We handle personal data in line with UK GDPR. Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the site or engaging us you acknowledge that policy. For details see our Privacy Policy.

6. Marketing references

We may reference your organisation name and logo in client lists after public launch of the work. If you prefer not to be named, tell us in writing and we will remove references.

7. Warranties and liability

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and limit our total liability for any claim to the fees paid for the engagement that gave rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under law.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims that arise from materials you supply or from your misuse of deliverables, except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

Either party may end an engagement for material breach if not cured within 10 days of notice. You will pay for work completed up to termination. Sections on confidentiality, IP, liability, and governing law continue after termination.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. If a term is unenforceable the rest remains in effect.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date at the top shows when changes took effect. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Contact
